- docs(readme): update commands for the current version and add Cargo.lock
- chore(gitignore): stop ignoring Cargo.lock and rust-toolchain.toml
- chore(toolchain): pin nightly-2022-11-06 and default to i686-pc-windows-msvc
- chore(deps): commit Cargo.lock for reproducible builds
