Quick and dirty Garfield Kart Save Editor.
Cheat in Garfield Kart in a few easy steps.
Path should be auto detected, press Load.
Select Progression or Options in the dropdown.
Select the value to change.
Change it in the bottom text field.
Press Set Value
Press Save
If nothing went wrong you'll have an editor Garf Kart save game.
