Registration form

Dev got the basic registration form up, but we still need to:

• Incorporate designs
• we need to make the “confirm i am 18” checkbox mandatory, and even if you don’t check the box, you’re allowed to follow through with the rest of the reg form (and you shouldn't be able to, we need to try re-directing them to a different page if they’re not 18 maybe)
• there doesn’t seem to be any indicator that I’ve successfully uploaded my resume—I think having a toast here that says something like “resume successfully uploaded!” when you hit the “upload” button would help
• also idk what’s happening with redirects bc i click submit/save and it takes me to /auth and that takes me back to the home page but idk if that means I’ve successfully registered or not since there’s no toast or whatnot
