Model changes for ACH payments with Stripe

• Add Stripe customer ID to user model (required for ACH payments).
• Add payment method types (CARD and ACH).
• Add payment status (for tracking processing, successful, and failed payments).
• Add funding credits as an option to the payment purposes choices.
