added Shadow.ShadowColor3, ButtonStyle.Contained appearance adjustments, and US spelling for Colors #45

ButtonStyle.Contained will no longer have elevation when not being interacted, shadow color will now follow button's primary color, shadow will be elevated (4) with mouse is hovering at it.

Shadow.ShadowColor3
.ShadowColor3 will change to the shadow's Color to the Color3 given when changing
ButtonStyle.Contained appearance adjustments
-- RAISED_BASE_ELEVATION is now set to 0
-- Added HOVERED_ELEVATION (set to 4 by default)
-- Shadow will now respect PrimaryColor3 of the button
-- Hovering at the button will elevate (ChangeElevation to HOVERED_ELEVATION)
