Added troubleshooting section

PR Description

Added a comprehensive Troubleshooting section to the README.md file covering 7 common issues that developers may encounter when setting up or running the UltimateHealth mobile app. This section includes error messages, fixes, and code snippets for each issue to help contributors resolve problems quickly.

Issues covered:

  1. Android SDK Path Not Found
  2. Expo Go Version Mismatch
  3. Metro Bundler Port Conflict
  4. iOS Build Failing Without Apple Developer Account
  5. yarn install Failing / Dependency Conflicts
  6. npx expo prebuild Errors
  7. Node.js Version Incompatibility
