I’m a bioinformatics student focused on computational system biology, reproducible workflows, biological data analysis, and machine learning.

For my studies, I work with research-oriented tools and code automated workflows to extract new knowledge from biological data. In my free time, I like building small apps, websites, bots, and experiments with AI, open-source tools, and anything else I’m curious about.

🧬 More about my study and hobby work

My main academic focus in bioinformatics is computational system biology. I’m interested in reproducible research, biological data analysis, and workflow design for scientific projects.

For study and research-related work, I mostly use:

  • F# + .NET and Python for typed tools and small experiments, data analysis, machine learning, and scientific scripting
  • CWL + Docker + ARCs for portable and reproducible bioinformatics workflow automations
  • Machine learning wit Python for exploring biological data or make predictions, image segmentation
  • Computational system biology as my main scientific direction

Outside of university, I code mostly as a hobby. I like experimenting with tools, languages, and ideas that are not always directly related to my studies.

For hobby projects, I enjoy:

  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for simple websites and interfaces
  • Bots and small apps for automation or fun side projects like a group-moderator-bot
  • AI and open-source tools for learning, prototyping, and curiosity-driven coding
  • anything else I’m curious about :)
