Description

This PR allows publishing the docker compose as an OCI package in the ghcr. See the readme changes in this PR for a more detailed explanation. The main change was to move from volumes for bind mounts to configs, as these allow embedding the content in the package, which otherwise misses the mount contents.

The main benefit will be ease of installation not requiring to clone the repo.
