ExtendableSparse v2.0 removed solver/preconditioner infrastructure in favor of LinearSolve, but ExtendableSparseMatrix (which is all Surrogates.jl uses) remains compatible. Dependabot PR #542 failed to auto-update, so applying the compat bump manually. Co-Authored-By: Chris Rackauckas <accounts@chrisrackauckas.com>
