I guess I was thinking that the "down" deploy workflow is manually run, so the answer is... just don't run it during these months. Maybe you're right, theoretically someone could deploy a new update for testing, and then want to restore the "down" page.

I don’t mind this, but it I think it risks conveying a false sense of correctness; as a whole this message still requires annual review and the stale year is a useful cue. |
