Issues fixed

• There was an issue around the rotation of the eclipses, where depending on the Solar Eclipse CD, canceling Solar Eclipse would result in casting Starfire without any eclipse (because it would make Lunar Eclipse proc first, and of course end first, ending before the Solar CD was over).
