Hmm it takes a while because it needs to compile everything. So I think it makes more sense to move it to the cmssw test since it's all already being compiled there

Also, scram b runtests is apparently takes over the stdout so, -s in the make call isn't helping and the log , probably from Creating test log file logs/el8_amd64_gcc13/testing.log should be dumped or copied to results somewhere by the CI
