• "Build Your Own Chocolate" Engine: A complex multi-step customization flow:

   Step 1: Select base (Dark, Milk, White).
  
   Step 2: Choose from pre-uploaded designs or upload a custom design image.
  
   Step 3: Select up to 3 custom colors (default: no color).

• Partial Payment System: Since it's a customized food product, the system enforces a 40% Advance or Full Payment model. No Cash-on-Delivery without advance.

• Automated Invoice: Post-payment redirection to a dynamically generated invoice.

• Automated Accounting: Real-time tracking of paid vs. due amounts, synced directly with customer invoices and automated alerts.

3. Logistical & Communication Automation

• Smart SMS Fulfillment: Integrated with BulkSMSBD API to send automated order confirmations with dynamic short-URLs for invoices, optimizing the 160-character limit and reducing operational costs.

• One-Click Logistics: Deep integration with Steadfast Courier API and Webhooks for instant consignment generation and real-time delivery status updates.

• Fraud Mitigation: Built-in BD Courier API integration to verify customer reliability and return history directly within the admin dashboard.

4. Advanced Admin Control & RBAC

• Secondary PIN Authentication: Beyond Google OAuth, a secondary PIN system is required for sensitive administrative pages and actions, ensuring an extra layer of corporate security.

• Granular Permission Management: A request-and-approve workflow for new admins where specific module permissions are assigned and verified.

• Abandoned Cart Recovery: Intelligent tracking of potential customers who drop off at the checkout phase, capturing mobile data for recovery campaigns.
