Choose the version suitable for your operating system. Click on the link to download the installer.
Once the download completes, locate the downloaded file on your computer. Double-click the file to start the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
After installation, locate the pdfmd application in your programs menu or on your desktop. Double-click the icon to launch the app.
- Click on the "Open" button in the top-left corner of the application.
- Select the PDF file you wish to convert.
- The application will load the document and display a preview.
- Once your PDF is loaded, review the preview to ensure everything looks correct.
- Click on the "Convert" button.
- Choose a destination folder for the Markdown file.
- Click "Save" to complete the process.
- After conversion, the app provides an option to view the Markdown output. This allows you to verify the accuracy of the conversion.
- For best conversion results, ensure your PDF files are clear and have well-defined headings.
