Current Behavior

The current docs for package-manager and casparcg install are outdated and misleading.

The docs recommend the NRK CasparCG 2.1, which NRK appear to have moved on from a year or two ago.
The package manager docs create a confusing (I think broken) setup of containers and accessors, muddling up the http proxy storage/path and casparcg media folder.

New Behavior

Both these have been reviewed and updated.

Also a missing re-export has been added to blueprint-integration that was found while trying to update demo blueprints to automate this setup.

Note: The screenshot included is from R53, as I do have a suitable R52 sofie available. I am hoping it is close enough to the current layout to be acceptable.
