- Beispiel einführen: Es enthält einen Zahlen-Vektor (Schulweglänge), einen Buchstaben-Vektor (Namen) sowie einen Faktor (Geschlecht).
- Gemeinsames Brainstorming: Welche Kennwerte/Darstellungsweisen sind möglich/sinnvoll?
- Gemeinsame Erarbeitung des R-Codes.
Die verschiedenen commits des Codes entsprechen dem leeren Skript zum Beginn der Veranstaltung, einer möglichen, im Vorfeld erarbeiteten Lösung sowie der in der Veranstaltung erarbeiteten Lösung.
I used this example to introduce R to math students in a lecture on statistics.
- Show R and R-Studio with installation instructions.
- Introduce the example. It contains a numeric vector (lengths of ways to school), a character vector (names), and a factor (gender).
- Discussion on statistical values and representations of the data.
- Jointly developing R-Code.
The different commits of the syntax correspond to the empty script at the beginning of the lecture, a possible, prepared solution, and the jointly developed solution.
