Made edits to the workflow file to setup trusted publishing for this repository.

This is based on the ticket: https://mitarbeiterapp.atlassian.net/browse/CI-921

Motivation and Context

It enables trusted publishing to be in-line with the new updates from npm.

How Has This Been Tested?

Trusted publishing has already been setup for this repository: https://github.com/Staffbase/create-staffbase-plugin-nodejs. This can be considered as a reference for these edits.
