This PR includes changes necessary for moving the Reference Implementation Working Group common development environment from Eclipse 2025-03 to Eclipse 2025-12 (the current latest release). This update is necessary to resolve text highlighting problems on MacOS 26.x (Tahoe) that exist in Eclipse versions prior to 2025-12 (see here).
