私はテストがすべての状況を網羅できるように同値分割によってテスト項目を考え、いくつものエラーを発見しました
変更点 9行目 or→and 13行目 a<bを消す aに対して999以下の制限追加 bに対して1以上の制限追加 制限を定義通りに厳しく変更

主な変更点
test_cases.pyに関して
同値分割によってテスト項目を考えた
先のプログラムに加え
a=bの計算
1000の計算
a,bどちらに対してもテストするため組み合わせを増やす
というテストを増やし、計10項目になりました
calc_mul.pyに対して
以上のテストを満たすようプログラムを変更しました。
9行目のorをandに変更
12行目の
a<b削除
1<=a<=999と1<=b<=999に変更し、要件を満たすようにした
