Install for Codex

Open a new Codex conversation after installation, then verify with /skills or:

Validation and provenance

Every release includes release-manifest.json with file hashes. The complete Phrasebank-derived compilation is distributed with permission from the rights holder; it is not public-domain material. See LICENSE.md and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
