About the PR

My heart is full of evil.

This is a general rebalance of Salvage melee weapons, it doesn't touch any other weapons. Generally most of the weapons weapons are weaker by around 30-35 damage (looking at you glaive) and their attack speed was reduced, but everything else has been kept mostly the same. The Kinetics have been slightly modified to be slightly more fun, most of them now do thrown damage, spear got a slightly longer range, kinetic claws are way faster and fire a burst of mark bolts.

Oh and I slightly murdered the crusher's wideswing while unwielded. It doesn't do that much nasty damage anymore. And it doesn't do sicko stam damage anymore.

Why / Balance

Something something salvie balance bad?

In actuality I'm not that happy with the numbers yet and I will continue speaking with salvie experts to help fine tune them. Doing 20-25% less damage on average might be bad, hence why this is draft for the minute.

Technical details

Most important thing is that the damage from the ChargeBolt projectile doesn't increase marked damage anymore.
I modified stuff in the default namespace mining.yml and projectiles.yml You may hang me at your leisure.
