This change adds the missing key mappings for Select All Aircraft to the Brazilian, Chinese, French, German, Italian localizations.
To avoid key conflicts, a few extra mappings needed changing in generals.str.
Select All Aircraft for German cannot be bound to W without major key conflicts. Therefore it is bound to CTRL+Q instead.
