This PR fixes the out-of-box build for Mono on Linux.
It removes the WebHdfs, Storage and HdfsSupport frameworks (which work on Windows only, as they require Peloponnese, as per MicrosoftResearch#16). Only the MonoDebug and MonoRelease configurations are affected; Windows builds hence still get support for these.
Additionally, the PR also adds support for certificate import to the
build_mono.shscript and prints a clear message indicating that the default build is a debug one.
