This PR removes invalid backtick characters in
robots/hsrb4s.urdfandrobots/hsrb4s.obj.urdf.So that it removes the source of such character from
urdf/sensors/rgbd_sensor.urdf.xacro.In addition to this change, I also fixed some xacro errors occured in Noetic.
