List Available Currencies

GET /api/currencies

List all currencies available in TradeHero. Each currency contains the following properties.

Property Name	Description
id	ID of the currency
symbol	Currency symbol
thDisplayString	Display string for this currency
toUsdRate	Conversion rate of this currency to USD
toUsdAsOf	Date and time of the USD rate validity
