- Clones enter / exit play mode when source project enters / exits play mode (also added option to disable this)
- Saving source project automatically refreshes clones (no need to click on them)
- Recompilation of source project automatically triggers recompilation in clones (no need to click on them)

… guid save to disk in pre 2021 Unity versions. After clone opened the RunInBackground was not synced. This is fixed now.
