  1. Cruise Type added to /api/ctd/cruises/all and api landing page.
  2. Ignore "original" in underway filenames and do not import.

Run after deploy:

  1. importcruise on all cruises
  2. put ar100 "original" underway file back in vast underway dir and then run importunderwaydata on ar100.
