core, eth/hooks, internal/ethapi: rename xdc sort package

Proposed changes

This PR renames package "github.com/XinFinOrg/XDPoSChain/common/sort" to xdc_sort when import. So other developers will not misuse it.

Background:

We implemented function sort.Slice from golang v1.18 with same name sort in PR #338. We should not use it in new code.
