fix PYTHON_BIN on systems with a PYTHON_BIN env var override add ERROR_QUIET to `git describe --tags` and make "Cannot get version" to show as yellow, without call stack ENABLE_ROMDISK=y for the two default configs fix bug in ARG_FILES when passing custom romdisk paths to pack.py
