What I do is I have automatically incremented the id, the completed is set to false, and createdAt defined as now in a dayjs library.
In the front-end there is the user only needs to input the title. A little error duplicata handling when adding a data. When updating the data, it is updated in incremental, or one data at a time. The delete is by id.
