Enforces runtime Zod schema parsing across all operational tools inside brass-monkey (create_record, write_record, unlink_record, get_view, get_environment, setup_instance, trace_ui_path, and get_audit_log). This ensures preprocessors, default arguments, and type coercions (like string-to-number) are safely executed at runtime.
