Better positioning and better mobile support

• New positioning of the menu element to avoid the conflicts between CSS translate and fixed elements
• Better support for dynamically changing the size of the menu
• Better mobile support by making hiding the overflow when menu is activated
• Menu scrolls as a fixed menu on both desktop and mobile when the no_scroll option is disabled

First Release

This release has been tested on latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox. It has also been tested on IE 10 and above. The known issues are mostly related to the conflicts between using CSS transform and fixed elements but there are no known major issues so far.

Beta

This version has been tested on most modern browsers and mobile but have not been tested in the wild yet.
