Description
The sandbox settings tab had no explanation of what a sandbox provider is or how the
LOCAL_DOCKERoptions behave, which made first-time setup confusing. This adds a dismissible, collapsible help callout at the top of the sandbox settings tab that explains what a sandbox is and, when expanded, details theLOCAL_DOCKERprovider and thenot_removeoption (auto-remove vs. reuse container). Dismissal is persisted via the existing onboarding state. Addresses issue #10.Release Note
