Description

The sandbox settings tab had no explanation of what a sandbox provider is or how the LOCAL_DOCKER options behave, which made first-time setup confusing. This adds a dismissible, collapsible help callout at the top of the sandbox settings tab that explains what a sandbox is and, when expanded, details the LOCAL_DOCKER provider and the not_remove option (auto-remove vs. reuse container). Dismissal is persisted via the existing onboarding state. Addresses issue #10.

Release Note

Added onboarding help on the sandbox settings tab explaining sandbox providers and the LOCAL_DOCKER not_remove option.

Test Plan

  • Open Settings → Sandbox and confirm the help callout appears, expands to show LOCAL_DOCKER / not_remove details, and stays dismissed after closing and reloading.

Made by Open SWE

Explain what a sandbox provider is and, for LOCAL_DOCKER, what the
not_remove option does, via a dismissible collapsible callout on the
sandbox settings tab.
