Use Anchore syft and grype to generate a SBOM and early assess vulnerabilities, then upload to cloudsmith using commmon format. 'on/release' skipped since it redundant, we build per sha change. Also adds missing discoraged-default permission 'contents: write' for the svenstaro/upload-release-action. Signed-off-by: Jorge Marques <jorge.marques@analog.com>
