[BUG] Upon edit, semantic styling is lost

Describe the bug
Title, header, subheader, and other semantic styles are lost when a note is edited by memo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Style some text with Header or Title or other choices from the Aa dropdown
2. Make edits with memo notes -e
3. The semantic styling is lost
4. If you edit multiple times, eventually even the text sizing is lost and collapses down to just bold.

Expected behavior
The Tile should remain a Title, eg have the collapsable arrow next to it.

Observed behavior
Text styling is all semantically "Body" type, with sizing approximately like it would be with the original styles, but not exactly correct across all OSes.

Also, additional newlines eventually get lost.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 26.3.1, MacOS 15.7.3
• memo: v0.5.2, v0.5.1

I spent some time with my OpenClaw + Codex trying to see if it could fix it. I did get to a point where it could consistently re-edit existing notes without losing the approximated styling. I think it roughly got there, but then I realized the sizing is for MacOS 15, which is subtly different from the visual sizing expected in MacOS 26.

Also it didn't really get to the root of the issue I was trying to solve. Not sure we really can if there's no way to input back into Notes with semantics. I wasn't able to find programmatic access to the MacOS 26 Import Markdown function.

Net-net I decided not worth it to deal with that code. Regardless, happy to share that PR if you want it.

This particular series of notes were edited on MacOS 15 (where my OpenClaw sits), but synced to my MacOS 26 computer, which emphasizes how the "edited" note has sizings that aren't quite the same as the MacOS 26 sizings, since they're baked into the HTML instead of semantic.

Again, this could be an AppleScript limitation, but I will take a look.

You can open the PR if you want, I can maybe use something from there to try to fix this issue.

Yeah I suppose I wonder if it can at least get to the state where screenshot 2 doesn’t turn into screenshot 3. I could push it as a draft PR so we could at least see the code it was poking at I suppose.
