#468 temporarily removed the Appium tests so CI could become green and reflect the current state of this repo: Tests are ok, but Appium tests haven't successfully been run for quite some time.

This PR now adds the Appium tests back. It can only be merged after the problems with the Appium tests are fixed.

Obsolete since we use GH CI now.

I mistakenly thought that appium was appveyor CI for windows testing. Names were too similar. Appium is still something we would like to incorporate at some point so I've reopened this PR.
