This patch adds DictionaryBuildingComplexGroupByVectorColumnSelector, and refactors DictionaryBuildingSingleValueStringGroupByVectorColumnSelector to share a common base class. The design is similar to the classes used by the nonvectorized dictionary-building selectors, and reuses the DimensionIdCodec component.
