Summary

Update Modal backend for latest APIs, CUDA image, and flash-attn wheel install
Add SRT output (sentence-aligned) and translation mode
Support more audio types and keep original extension
Add health endpoint, tunable runtime settings, and safer defaults
Frontend adds translate mode + SRT tab and download
Windows helper script for cached start
Docs updated

Testing

modal deploy shush.py (backend)
pm run build && npm run start (frontend)
