This PR introduces public-facing documentation for Artsy's personalized recommendation algorithms. Following the consensus reached in this 🔒RFC, this move aligns with our "Open by Default" engineering value while maintaining platform integrity.
I have created a new top-level
/systemsdirectory for this content. Existing folders like/playbooksor/resourcesdid not feel like an appropriate fit for architectural and algorithmic deep dives.
