Hi, this replaces the gcc-specific attribute with a construct which also works on the MS compiler.
It requires a pair of macros and it is positioned differently.
A possibility is to deprecate
kh_packedin favor in the new construct, but also maintain compatibility in presence of the old definition. See diff.
