The port parameter for ssh access to pbs host is missing in script. Therefore the maintenance calls on pbs will fail if the port deviates from the default port
Because the script is waiting till the server shuting down, the cron job can't send an email with the output of the miyagi-backup script before shutdown and the mail will only be transmitted after the next restart. Using the shutdown functionality for later shutdown avoids this problem
