A dedicated OPDS app for #69. It's based on https://github.com/videah/plato-opds but using attohttpc instead of reqwest and plato's XmlParser instead of quick-xml.
Things left to do:
I am not sure if this will be accepted since it includes attohttpc (I tried to pick a small library instead of reqwest).
