This PR introduces a preliminary tutorial for applying DADA2 to PacBio Revio long-read amplicon data.
The goal of this PR is to provide an initial structure.
At this stage, the tutorial focuses on the core workflow rather than polished wording or finalized data availability details.
A 10% subsample of the original dataset is used to keep the example lightweight for discussion and revision.
