First public release of WritHer - offline voice assistant & dictation tool for Windows.

Requirements

• Ollama running locally (for assistant mode)
• Internet connection for first launch (downloads Whisper model ~74MB)

Installation

1. Download WritHer-v1.0.0-win64.zip
2. Extract to any folder
3. Run WritHer.exe
4. Right-click the tray icon for Settings and Notes
