- Add theme utility functions to normalize theme values
- Add a default theme configuration entry to the database seed data
- Add a default theme selector to the admin interface
- Update the theme provider to support a configurable default theme
- Add related translation strings to multiple locale files
- Update the settings API to handle saving and loading the default theme
