Greetings @iyanski, I'm one of the product designers for the project and from Iloilo too! Currently we're discussing at Discord the content guidelines for BetterGov.ph. It'll be focused on English but we're also considering to include the natives, like Hiligaynon.

I do agree the content has to be verified by a native speaker. Just that we don't have one yet atm.
