Wayland Significantly Regresses Build Times

We just enabled Wayland by default (#19232), but something we didn't consider was how much it would affect our build times. It is enough to merit concern, and in combination with the other cons we should reconsider enabling it by default:

Given that most Linux Bevy devs I've spoken to build with Wayland active, I believe disabling the feature by default would simply "pretend" like we're not paying the build price, while users still do.
Also, 3 seconds out of 78 seems like not that big of a deal? Note that the y-axis does not start at 0, so the difference looks bigger than it would when using a different scale.
Obviously it's suboptimal, but I think we have bigger fish to fry when it comes to build times.

AH thank you for the y-axis callout. I did indeed think it started at 0. That cuts the severity of this significantly

I'm moving this to the 0.18 milestone as I would like to investigate if we can slim this down a bit. But it isn't a blocker.
