Added the ability to style the buttons (disabled color, background color, text color, button width) using attributes.
removed superfluous CSS classes from CSS. .facebook-auth / .google-auth removed from css but kept in HTML, as it serves additional value to the basic working method of svelte.
updated the readme.md to describe new attributes.
