Mixture Kintelligence SNP profiles

Regarding the preparation of the mixture file, the document was prepared as per your requirements, but it is experiencing crashes. I'm not sure what the issue is. Can the software not be used for SNPs outside the Kintelligence Panel?

The MixDeR software is specific to the Kintelligence panel (i.e. only contains allele frequencies for these SNPs, only will create the GEDmatch PRO report for these SNPs, etc.). However, you could provide a custom allele frequency file containing AF data for your set of SNPs and modify the software to accommodate other SNP sets (one such area needing addressed is the file containing the chr and position for each SNP to create the GEDmatch PRO report).
