This is a work in progress pull request for upgrading React from version 16.8.6 to 17.0.2.
Currently, the only committed change is an update to the yarn.lock file. No updates to package.json or source code changes are included yet. Additional updates are expected to reflect the React version bump, including changes to dependencies and type definitions as needed.
